Our broad scope of equipment makes Phoenix capable in sheet metal fabrication and  metal stampings.  CNC turret presses, CNC press brakes, and a large number of stamping presses ranging from 15 ton to 200 ton are some of the resources at your disposal.  Flat rolled metals, bar stock, and tubing currently used include aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel ranging from .007" up to .250".  Phoenix has a wide variety of sources that provide easy access to all the red metals and specialty steels.  In addition, precision welding, drilling, graining and other secondary operations are performed accurately and efficiently, adding value to your fabrication. 

Two powder coating facilities  represent state of the art metal finishing systems unparalleled in the industry in terms of cosmetic appeal, chip and fade resistance, and protection against corrosion.  These facilities are designed to  accommodate the coating of your small stampings all  the way to your large and complex fabrications.  Our assembly plant enables us to provide you with light electrical or mechanical assembly.  Manufacturing cells and conveyor lines with pneumatic tools make our assembly capability a good choice for the final step of your finished product.
